DOCUMENTING
LOVE & HONEST MEMORIES

Hi! My name’s Liz :) I’m a 28 year old dog mom and wife to my incredible husband, Matt. We got married in March 2024 - it was the most beautiful, chaotic, unforgettable day that that still shapes my approach to documenting weddings today (a little bit of a shit-show, but a great memory, laugh, and story for another time). I’m originally from the Bay Area but have since made San Diego home for good. When I’m not documenting love stories, you can find me on a coffee walk by the water, watching live music, traveling the world, or spending time with my people. As a true Sagittarius, I bring big energy, curiosity, honesty, and (of course) an impeccable sense of humor to everything I do. My love languages are quality time, and creating art for amazing people.

My

WHY

For as long as I can remember, I’ve been a creative. I grew up drawing, painting, and playing music, constantly exploring new mediums in search for my passion in life. That curiosity eventually led me to earn a B.A. in Architecture, start my photography and wedding content creation business, and even create large scale art installations for music festivals and events.

Across every art form I've explored, one thing has stayed the same: my love for creating work that makes people feel something. Seeing someone light up when they experience something I’ve created gives me a deep sense of joy and fulfillment that I've been fortunate to experience countless times.

Over time, my focus has centered on human connection and documenting love - from the big milestone moments to the quiet in-betweens. In my short lifetime, I’ve experienced enough love and loss to know how quickly life can change. Moments and people pass, but the feeling and memory of them last forever - which is why preserving these stories means so much to me. And it's the most beautiful honor to be able to do that.

FOR
MY MOM

My incredible mom, Lian, passed away in June 2024. Before she did, she got to travel the world, walk me down the aisle, and see my business begin to grow (and how deeply I loved what I was building). I do this work for my couples, but I also do it in honor of her. She was so proud of me for chasing what I love, and I carry that pride with me into every wedding I document.

Losing my mom changed the way I see photos, films, and especially little iPhone clips that fully capture a moment. It made me even more aware of how quickly moments pass, and how meaningful it is to preserve the people we love while they are still here with us.

On wedding days, I pay close attention to the quiet interactions, the family embraces, the fleeting glances. Not just the big moments, but the ones that become priceless later. Capturing those memories isn’t just part of my job, it's deeply personal.
